GENERAL TERMS of DELIVERY and for PAYMENT

1. Time of delivery:
   in general within 3 - 6 working days ex factory; or according to offer
2. Packing:
   inclusive ; or according to offer
3. Freight:
   exclusive . Within the EU by parcel services; or according to offer
4. Time fixed for payment:
   from delivery date ( = date of invoice )
   until reception of value free of charge on our banc account in DEM; or according to offer.
   European Union / within 30 days : full invoice value ; within 15 days : 2 % discount
   Other countries / within 40 days : full invoice value ; within 20 days : 2 % discount
5. Customs + import taxes:
   are to be paid by the consignee.
6. Retention of title:
   until we have received the full amount of invoice.
7. Warranty:
   exchange of faulty products only by us.We can also choose return of money.
